I am a PhD student in the Prof. Elkouby’s lab, where I study ovarian and oocyte development. During my MSc, I developed an ex-vivo ovarian culture system, which I now use in my PhD research to investigate early oogenesis and uncover novel regulators of reproduction. Through this work, I aim to deepen our understanding of fertility and germ cell biology. I was honored to receive the Neubauer Scholarship for outstanding Arab PhD students. In addition to my research, I work as an educational assistant, supporting blind and dyslexic students in their academic journeys.
Beyond the lab, I enjoy spending time with my family and fiance, cooking, playing piano, and exploring my interest in design and art. I love discovering new creative ideas, whether in science, everyday life, or through different forms of visual expression.
